Astrid, 11 years, wants to decide on her own. Her mother thinks too young. This particular day Astrid revolts and takes off to have a day on her own with her friends. High on her freedom she bargains for a little more than she can handle. When the day is over Astrid has a problem she needs to solve. “Astrid” is a study in freedom, responsibility and our fear of guilt and shame.
